The ethereal body is an electromagnetic energy, which has nothing to do with God.  But this energy has a very important role in our lives because it is the “guardian of the threshold”: that is, it will be the buffer between everything that happens outside of us and inside us, the negative for example.  It acts as a “bellows” to protect us from the negative that comes in waves, since we have lived in negativity almost permanently.  We are not cut out for the negative.  Man is made for the positive.  Man is pure inside, it is the outside that is not pure. So we’re going to transform all of that.

This ethereal body is made of electromagnetic energy - scientists now know what that means - that protect our cells, our life and our way of being day after day, 24 hours a day;  even when you sleep, this ethereal body will work constantly to protect you.  Therefore it is activated by an energy.  To give you an example of this ethereal body: you noticed it - perhaps when you were a child because, as an adult, you no longer see it, you no longer look at the beauty in life - when a ray of sunlight passes through a tree or a window, you see myriads of small dots that are just dust. You don’t see them with the naked eye. It takes a trajectory of light for us to see the brilliance of all these little things. When you’re little, you try to pass your hand through this ray of light.  Well, this ethereal body is the same thing: it is filled with billions of small luminous dots that form reflections according to the prism of light that surrounds us.  It has an extraordinary effect. When you see the aura, you will see the colours that come all around you and shine like a rainbow as it is always the colours of the rainbow that are around man, that are reflections of the prisms of light.  We are light, we reflect light and the more we are in the light, that is, the more we are in love, the more we reflect light.

Do you know how high the ethereal body around you might be?  Do you have any idea of its size?  An ethereal body should normally, for a healthy person, be between 8 and 10 cm; a man can then live perfectly well. But when we walk down the street, when I first saw you, you only had 1 cm or 1 and a half cm of protection. Do you know since when this ethereal body has started to function and has grown?  Since you started praying. You will understand how prayer acts on our cells because prayer is nourishment, an energy and you will see what sort of energy it is.
