How do our thoughts create our everyday life
and what should we change to get better?
Thought does not come from the mind; thought is fertile only when it passes through love. That is why thoughts must always be completely positive, total love for the other.
Christ came to teach us something: He came to make the life of his Father known to us, He came to show us what we were, what we meant to Him, and He left again. He gave us life, He saved us, and yet we have understood nothing of His message. Faith can come only with this attention to prayer. It is the first weapon that Christ gives for us to not feel alone, for us to know the Father’s love, and He passes on this message, this extraordinary ‘telephone’: “Our Father”. We speak to Him, He answers us. It is to make us understand the path which was inaccessible to man before. Christ gave us the means of communicating with His Father. Once we have taken up this ‘weapon’, that is, prayer, we understand how we are about to discover ourselves through the discovery of the other. Day by day, in discovering the other, we will discover fragments of truth and fragments of faults. Man must manage to make the power of his thinking work, but not in his mind! For thought does not come from the mind, thought is fertile only when it passes through love. That is why thoughts must always be completely positive, total love for the other. Christ told us again: “Pray for your enemies”. How could He have taught us such important words, knowing that everyone in the whole world was fighting? He knew how He would die, how He would be judged. Yet He said: “Father, forgive them for they know not what they do”. He understood that humans were unaware ofthings.
Therefore, become aware of this creative power that we have within us, this power of creation: if we say ‘I believe’, we send an explosion of light into the atmosphere. This ‘I believe’ is love in a pure state, just as prayer is love in a pure state. We must put into practice this faith. Until we put faith into practice, until we live faith, we create negativity.
