What must we change in our frame of mind in order to become a true living example at the service of the Father?
How do we use our creativity to invigorate IVI, in IVI and in our daily life?

What God wants to give you is another way of looking at life, another altruism to truly understand that you can make your life rich and beautiful. Worries, problems, doubts, anxieties and stress disappear as soon as you offer your suffering, your problems to The One who can manage everything in our place.

It is creation and creativity that are important in our lives. God made man in His image, so what image of God on earth are we giving to others? Unless we become the living example that God wants us to be here in this world, among other people, then don’t say that you serve God; it is that you haven’t realized He is present within you! You carry Him, He has submitted Himself to your body, He has submitted Himself to your will and your spirit.  So He should be guiding you but you do not allow yourself to be guided. You have taboos, conventions, ideologies which push you to act… and then you are victims in your work, you are no longer free to work, you truly become slaves of the work that is asked of you. Beware!  Do not alienate your freedom in exchange for power or duty!  You must know how to find out who you are, and know how to truly respect the being inside of you, in each one of you.  Be vigilant in this respect.  Do not put the god of money before the love of your family, before the love of yourself. “Love one another”, certainly, but “Love your neighbour as yourself”. If you cannot love yourself, do not tell me that are able to love others, it is not true, you can only love what you feel.   

 If you feel God within you, then you will feel God in the other, and thus the human body becomes sacred. It is sacred because it is inhabited by the most powerful invisible force on earth. So be aware of this: He gave you creativity, He gave you patience, He gave you tolerance, and every day He gives you a hundredfold more love than you can give others. How can you be afraid of experiencing something tomorrow or the next day? The future belongs to Him. But if you live the present moment in His presence, conscious of His presence, His strength and His Power, then at that moment, you will fear nothing.            

Know how to achieve what He would like you to achieve: a humanity which respects itself. I don’t mean kissing each other all day long, that is not love! It is to respect the other in his identity, in his incarnation, to bring him to the goal that he set for himself. To live the present moment is to truly rid ourselves of all common, daily worries. Your problems, your difficulties, your doubts and your anxieties are swept away when you know that living the present moment is what will predict your future and what you become. You create your future. The future is not created by itself, in advance; it is not at birth that He said to you: “You will die on such a date, you will be sick on such a date…” That is not true, that problem doesn’t exist, it is an illusion. The present is the presence of God, it is living with Him, in Him and through Him. In addition, living the present is to prepare the happiness that you want, your destiny, or as you call it, your fate. That tomorrow, that future is prepared by you; you create it, you generate it. It is not someone else’s fault if you have failures or problems; you have generated them.            

Try to realize this and be faithful to your promise. When you ask your kids something, don’t you like it when they obey? If they don’t obey, you try to punish them somehow; this is your responsibility as parents. With God, it is totally different; He asks a lot of you but you respond so little. Obedience is not part of human nature, we will find any excuse to disobey; yet there is but One who sees all. We can hide in the back of a basement, at the end of a hallway or behind a colossal desk, but He who sees is He who is. He sees, He feels, He vibrates with you, but that does not mean He will punish you for disobeying.  On the contrary, He will pull you even more towards what is beautiful, pure, healthy, grand. God never punishes, I repeat, there is no punishment from God. You inflict punishments on yourselves. He is absolute love and He gives you freedom regarding desires, reflections and also necessary decisions. He requires nothing of you, simply to love each other. In His way, He also suffers, but I’ll say right away that it is not a human suffering: it is truly a gaze on humanity, on His children. When you have a family and your children do not correspond to what you had hoped, to the love you had given them, and if there are disputes, and they are not happy, what is the suffering of a father or mother? As you know, we are powerless; so we try to say things, to discuss, but it doesn’t resolve much. Then when we have run out of options, we may speak to God, but the results are not always what we anticipate. Why? Simply because we forget that we cannot do what God does; our capacities are often limited to very material and mundane things. What God wants to give you is another way of looking at life, another altruism to truly understand that you can make your life rich and beautiful. Worries, problems, doubts, anxieties and stress disappear as soon as you offer your suffering and problems to He who can manage everything in our place.                    

The Lord tells us so in the Old Testament as in the New Testament. He is truly preparing us to understand what love and loving are: it is to give freedom to the other in a couple, as in life, that is, with our children, with our neighbours, with all those whom we love more or love less… That means to relearn to recognize the other as he is and to respect him where he is, in the space he has chosen to live, in the country he has chosen to live. We must respect all those who speak a different language. The earth belongs to everyone, that is what we must say to ourselves. In abolishing borders, we reactivate the earth and its environment.
