Where and when do we experience gentleness in our daily life?
A gentle person is someone who is near God, who is always in communication with Him; as simply as small children who communicate with Him without thinking about it. And yet this child is in you, it is your soul.
You know what humility means: it is acceptance with total obedience of what we are in relation to God. That is, to not show off, to not want to present ourselves as something we are not. It is to not wear masks… no lies, no hypocrisy, no intolerance, no impatience, no lack of perseverance. That is to say that humility encompasses all our imperfections that we have transformed into qualities.
So, being a gentle person, what does it mean? When a child is born he is gentle. His skin is soft; he has a subtle scent which we did not apply. He has that odour, of milk and of rose, very subtle because he is the emanation of God in all of His spendour. He is but that divine perfume, a divine delicacy. He is gentle because he lets himself be cuddled, kissed, loved, guided, led. He lets himself be brought up.
A gentle person is someone who accepts to be loved, and to be a child among others. Christ reminds us that we cannot enter paradise, the kingdom of His Father, that is to say, the vibration of love, unless we become that small child again. Christ says that it is will be easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a pagan, or someone who promotes paganism and insults divine laws, to enter paradise.
That means that to enter into that humility, we must accept to be gentle, and to not preach to others, which we tend to do, don’t we? Once in a while we send we arrows at people through our preachings, to our children, our neighbours, to people we think we love. Preaching has never been constructive, it has only created wars.
A gentle person is someone who is near God, who is always in communication with Him; as simply as small children who communicate with Him without thinking about it. And yet this child is in you, it is your soul. It is the little boy, the little girl that you are, but you have so much wanted to appear to be something else, that you have forgotten the essential: you are a gentle person.
Tenderness is the emanation of feelings. What are tenderness and emanation of feelings in relation to vibrations? They are the basis of vibrations.
Tenderness is allowing the listening of the breath to express itself through every pore of the skin. God’s infinite love suddenly shows through us, and expresses itself through tenderness towards others. Feelings are the properties of the five senses: smell, touch, taste, sight and hearing. It is the emanation of all the senses. Tenderness is having all of our senses on alert to communicate with the other that which he needs: when he is suffering, we caress him; when he cries, we console him; when he feels alone, we take him in our arms. Tenderness is the emanation of all of our awakened senses.
Gentleness is the expression of the soul with God.
